CHURCH OPENING UPDATE
As the Government have announce that Churches can open from 4th July.
The following measures must be in place to make sure everyone is safeguarded.
- Social Distancing must be in place so not as many seats will be available
- Everyone must give their name & address in case of an outbreak of Corvid 19
- Hand sanitizer must be used by everyone
- No Tea/Coffee or Water will be available
- No hymn books allowed so no singing
- No Toilets because they will have to be cleaned after every use
- All the surfaces of the church must be cleaned thoroughly after every service
We are all volunteers and some of our Committee are in the shieling and are in the vulnerable category
We the Committee feel at this moment in time we won’t be opening our church until August and we will then be in a better position to make decisions that will make the Church a safe place to visit.
We do have a Sunday Divine Service on line its on Facebook Mexborough Spiritual Service its now open for everyone to join in starting at 6.30pm. Also, we have an Open Circle on Wednesday starting at 7.30 pm with Anna & Heidi.
There is a Healing Facebook page where you can add your names of anyone who is in the need for Healing and the Healers will send out Absent Healing to them.
